“First, the plane was moving smoothly,” she said. “Then it came and landed in a nearby field.”
According to her, the aircraft landed in an open space that looked like a forested area. The unexpected landing immediately caught the attention of residents living nearby.
Many were curious to know why the helicopter had come down in that particular spot.
“After landing safely in a place that looked like a forest, we rushed there to see it,” she recalled.
She said a number of people gathered at a distance, watching and trying to understand what was happening. At that point, there was no sign of panic.
The helicopter appeared intact, and some residents assumed it could have been a routine stop.
However, after a short while on the ground, the situation changed. The helicopter’s engines started again, and the noise became louder and more intense. The roaring sound made those who had gathered feel uneasy.
“A few minutes later, it went up into the sky again, and we left the scene because of its roaring sound,” she explained.
Moments after take-off, something seemed wrong. The witness said the helicopter did not continue flying in a straight line. Instead, it began to move in circles high above the area.
“Shortly after, we saw it spiralling,” she said.
The spiralling motion raised alarm among the onlookers. It was clear that the aircraft was in trouble.
Before residents could move far from the area, the helicopter started shaking while still in the air.
“Before we had gone far, the plane started shaking,” she added.
Within a short time, the aircraft lost control and crashed into a forested section nearby.
The sound of the impact left residents in shock. What had started as curiosity quickly turned into fear and disbelief.
