New Twist in Gachagua Case as Legal Team Challenges Court Judgment Document

Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s legal team has written to the High Court seeking clarification over the impeachment judgment supplied to parties, arguing that the document raises serious procedural concerns.

In a letter addressed to the court, the lawyers questioned the integrity and completeness of the judgment delivered in the highly contested impeachment case.
