Mary Emaase, the Member of Parliament for Teso South, has praised President William Ruto for his commitment to equitable distribution of resources and national development.

Speaking during a recent public event, Emaase said that ongoing government projects across the country demonstrate a serious effort to improve infrastructure and enhance the quality of life for all Kenyans.

“We have been talking about equity in the distribution of resources, and I must say that this is a testament that the President is committed to improving all infrastructure and enhancing the quality of lives of people across the country,” Emaase stated.

She highlighted that for many years, some regions felt overlooked in terms of development funding and government attention.

However, recent projects indicate a shift toward more balanced development.

Emaase observed that roads, schools, hospitals, and other public facilities are being upgraded or constructed in areas that historically received little investment.

She said these improvements are not only transforming local economies but also providing essential services that uplift communities and create new opportunities for residents.

The MP also emphasized that equitable distribution of resources helps foster national unity.

By ensuring that every region benefits from government programs, citizens feel included in the country’s growth journey.

Emaase noted that the government’s approach is setting a positive example for future leadership and planning, where fairness and inclusivity are prioritized.

Emaase further called on local leaders and communities to support the ongoing projects by protecting public facilities and participating actively in their maintenance.

She stressed that citizen involvement is crucial for sustaining the benefits of development initiatives.
