The People's Liberation Party leader Martha Karua has today called upon the Kenya Kwanza administration led by President William Ruto to stop harassing and intimidating the opposition ahead of the 2027 polls.
Speaking today in Nyeri county, Karua has warned president William Ruto against using the police to cause intimidation and respect the opposition side that is currently under the leadership of Rigathi Gachagua, Kalonzo Musyoka, Martha Karua and Fred Matiang'i.
Karua has also called upon the head of state to to uphold the rule of law and fight corruption rather than harassing the united opposition camp.
This comes as the country is preparing for the general elections that will be held come August next year.
The opposition side led by Rigathi Gachagua has vowed send President Ruto together with his administration home.
