President William Ruto on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, hosted thousands of United Democratic Alliance (UDA) aspirants at State House in a major political meeting aimed at strengthening the party ahead of the next elections.

The gathering brought together more than 12,000 aspirants from different parts of the country, making it one of the largest political meetings held at the venue in recent times.

The meeting was addressed by President Ruto and his deputy, alongside several party leaders and public figures.

Among those in attendance was popular entertainer Jaymo Ule Msee, who recently announced his return to active politics.

His presence added excitement to the event and drew attention from both political supporters and the public.

In his address, President Ruto delivered a strong and energetic speech, outlining what his administration has achieved since taking office.

He spoke about key government programmes focused on economic growth, job creation, education, agriculture, and affordable healthcare.

The president said his administration remains committed to improving the lives of ordinary Kenyans and ensuring that development reaches all regions of the country.

Ruto also shared his vision for the future, calling on the aspirants to play an active role in selling the party’s agenda to the people.

He urged them to act as ambassadors of UDA at the grassroots, reminding them that leadership is about service, not personal gain.

According to the president, aspirants must clearly explain government policies to citizens and defend the party’s record with confidence and honesty.

The deputy president echoed similar sentiments, encouraging aspirants to remain united and focused on the party’s mission.

He emphasized the importance of discipline, teamwork, and respect for the party’s leadership structures.

He told the aspirants that unity within UDA would be key to winning public trust and securing future electoral victories.
